ILUREIA - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of ilureia.com and any purchase from ILUREIA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The drop and our products
- ILUREIA sells limited drops. Quantities are limited and items can sell out.
- We show our products as accurately as we can. Colors and details can vary a little between screens and the finished piece, and between production runs.
- Some orders are made to order. See our Preorder Terms.

3. Pricing and payment
- Prices show in the currency selected at checkout and can change at any time before you order.
- Payment is taken when you place your order, including for preorders.
- We use trusted third party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
- By placing an order you acknowledge our shipping and preorder timelines and agree to contact us first about any issue, at customersupport@ilureia.com, before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback for an order that is within the disclosed timeline and is being fulfilled in good faith is a breach of these Terms. We keep records of your consent, our communications with you, and shipment tracking, and we will provide them to the payment provider to contest improper disputes.

4. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities per person or per order.
- If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund that order.

5. Shipping, preorder, and returns
- Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy.
- Preorder timing and terms are covered in our Preorder Terms.
- Returns and refunds are covered in our Return and Refund Policy, which is defect only.
- Please read all three before you order.

6. Text messages
If you give your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from ILUREIA at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Our full text and privacy practices are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property
The ILUREIA name, logo, designs, prints, photos, and site content belong to ILUREIA. You may not copy, resell, or use them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, defraud us or anyone else, or interfere with how the site works.

9. Disclaimers and liability
- The site and products are provided as is, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, ILUREIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
- Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
