ILUREIA - SHIPPING POLICY
Effective date: July 17, 2026

How the first drop ships
The first ILUREIA drop is a limited release. When you order, one of two things happens:
- While premade stock lasts: your set is already made and ships the next business day.
- Once premade stock sells out: your order becomes a preorder and is made for you. Preorders ship by August 31, 2026.

We tell you everything, at every step
- You hear from us at each stage: order confirmed, in production, quality checked, packed, and shipped with tracking.
- Updates come by email and on our Instagram (@ilureia).
- If anything unexpected delays your order, we tell you right away by email and in an Instagram story. We would rather over communicate than leave you guessing.

Where we ship
- We ship across the United States and internationally.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it is going.
- International orders cost more to ship. They may also have customs fees, duties, or taxes set by your own country. Those charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking and delivery
- Every order ships with tracking. You get the link by email when your order leaves us.
- Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. International delivery takes longer than domestic.
- Once an order has shipped, carrier timing is out of our hands, but we will always help you track a package down.

Addresses
- Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it ships.
- If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment. A r
