ILUREIA - PRIVACY POLICY

ILUREIA ("ILUREIA", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit ilureia.com or join our list (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:
- Contact details: name, email address, and phone number (for example, when you join the waitlist or place an order).
- Order details: shipping address, items purchased, and order history.
- Payment details: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Anything you send us: messages, survey answers, or support requests.

Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to run the site, remember your preferences, and measure performance (see Section 6).

2. How we use your information
- To create and fulfill your orders, process payments, and arrange delivery.
- To send you the early-access texts and emails you asked for, plus service messages about your order.
- To send marketing about drops and products where you have consented, and to let you opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services and prevent fraud.
- To comply with our legal obligations.

3. SMS / text message program
When you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from ILUREIA at the number provided (for example, early-access and drop alerts). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your phone number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is used only to run our program and is shared solely with the service providers who help us send the messages (see Section 4).

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run the Services for us, for example our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our messaging and email platform (Klaviyo), payment processors, and shipping and analytics partners, and only so they can perform those services for us.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ILUREIA, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Your choices and rights
- Marketing: opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP.
- Access, correction, deletion: you may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at customersupport@ilureia.com.
- U.S. state privacy rights (including California / CCPA): you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise a right, contact customersupport@ilureia.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- EU / UK (GDPR), if applicable: you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; our legal bases are consent, contract, and legitimate interests.

6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and run advertising measurement such as the Meta pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner. Some features may not work without certain cookies.

7. Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact customersupport@ilureia.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated effective date, and material changes will be highlighted where required.
